What Happens Now?

We began 2020 with intention we
would not feel guilt when taking time to rest. Halfway into the year, many of us worldwide found ourselves to be
slowed down with the covid19
shutdown. Time is on our hands.
I think back on the first 3 months of
the year. I was so busy, running here
and there. The next 3 months from
April to June, I have social distanced
and found connection virtually. As an introvert I truly enjoy my time at home alone. It’s restful to garden, while connecting online to a variety of webinars, conversations, group
coaching, and checking in with loved ones. It has been a time of self
reflection, contemplation about life, & connection with others fostering
personal and professional growth.
Just like Lot’s wife turned back.... even though Lot told her not to.... Let’s be content with moving forward without looking back. We have a new normal,
and many of us can reconstruct our lives in a more integrated way. Look at this as an opportunity.

Jesus said,

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.“ Matthew 6:34

All we have is today. Yesterday is over.
We will move forward. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Let’s focus on now and BE.
