working for us. What helps, supports,
encourages us, and helps us feel
better? It is easier to think of our
problems and challenges, than to focus
on problem solving and moving forward.
What is it about human behavior that
causes us to enjoy wallowing in self
pity? Today focus on what works, the
emotions will follow. We are connected as
human beings with our spirit, souls and
bodies. What we believe in our heart effects
our body and mind. What we think effects
our spiritual state of being and body. When we
are sick, depressed emotions co-occur.
This Holiday season, let’s prepare for the
hustle and bustle and decide to engage
