Happiness & Connection

Worldwide research shows the two
contributing factors to Happiness are a
sense of community & frequent community
celebrations. Studies indicate the more
frequently people attend church, there is
a happiness factor. For children, the most
important source of happiness is their
family & friends.

Maslow has a heirarchy of needs and this
is reinvented by Positive Psychology. We
have to build onto the pyramid, as when
we are not getting basic needs met, we
cannot self actualize.

1. Basic Biological Needs
2. Security
3. Relationships
4. Respect
5. Life Purpose

We are not defined by any one aspect of our

find a life full of meaning.

All of us face despair at one point in our lives.
This is a powerful foundation to build upon.
Strong foundational roots keep us steady
when the storms of life come!

In our Positive Psychology & Leadership
Workshop, we teach these foundational
truths to help leaders foster a culture of
community, sense of belonging, purpose
I’m the lives of others within your sphere
