Gratitude

Our first homework assignment for week
one of our happiness workshop: journal
3 different things daily we are grateful for!

The modern researchers at Harvard talk
about re wiring our thought processes to
think positive in negative circumstances
by practicing this exercise daily for 30 days.

Imagine! When something stress inducing
happens we naturally think with hope!
And we acknowledge what is going well.

There is power in gratitude. And God teaches
us to praise Him in difficult  circumstances
throughout His Word.

I was blessed after our first workshop by one
of the attendees asking for us to study the
Bible. Yes we will! The Word of God is living
and powerful, health to our bones and life to
those who find it.

I paraphrase Biblical concepts instead of
quoting verses. May this help us relate and
not be turned off by the concepts being
presented like we are being preached to!

Daily give thanks to Him who wants the best
for us.

Acknowledge His goodness and see Him
show off in our lives.... He wants to show
Himself strong in those who hearts are
perfect towards Him and who are called
for His purposes.

Do it for Him and He will show up!

Do it for ourselves and this is all we will be
left with.... self....

Gratitude is key to walking by Him, in Him,
for Him!!!❤️❤️❤️
